RETURNS

  • We refund all full priced items. Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

  • We do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods such as swimwear or bodysuits to be returned.

  • Items must be posted in the mail within 14 days of receiving your order. Any items posted after this timeframe may be denied.

  • Items must be returned in their original condition including tags still attached. 

  • Once MINI ZOU has received your returned package, all returned items will be inspected before a refund or store credit is issued.

  • If you wish to drop off your returned item. Please email us and we will give you the times lots you can drop off.

  •  

    ***MINI ZOU reserves the right to deny a return if items are returned used, worn or damaged in any way or have any form of excessive hair,perfumes or scents on the fabric.

    These soiled or damaged items will be returned to sender. You will be notified via email if your returned item is notsuitable for a refund.

    • No restock fees.

    • Please allow 2 business days for a refund to be processed from the date that the returned item is received by MINI ZOU.  Please allow 5 business days during holiday periods. You will be notified once the transaction has been processed via the email address that the order was placed with. Refunds will be issued to the credit card, PayPal or SnapScan account that the payment had originally come from.

    • Return Shipping is at the cost of the customer and is non-refundable.

     

    ***Please note if there may be an issue with your original payment type, you must notify our customer care team prior to making your return at info@minizou.com in order to organise alternative refund arrangements. 

    Any issues that may arise with refunds to the original account due to MINI ZOU not being notified are completely out of our control and MINI ZOU will not be held accountable.

    Unfortunately, online purchases can not be returned to any of our markets or pop up shops.

     

    EXCHANGES

    If you need to make an exchange for the same item, send us an email at info@minizou.com to log an exchange and send your item to the above address.

     

    RECEIVED THE WRONG ORDER OR A FAULTY ITEM?

    If you were shipped the wrong order or a faulty item, please notify us immediately by contacting our Customer Care team at info@minizou.com and quoting the order number and fault or incorrect item. We will send you the correct item upon receipt of proof that you have sent back the wrong or faulty item.

     

    EXTRA INFO

    Please note that the goods are your responsibility until they are returned to MINI ZOU. MINI ZOU will not issue a refund on item/s that are not received or are lost in transit.

    Shipping is non-refundable except in cases where MINI ZOU has made an error.

    If you return a product that does not comply with this policy, you may be liable to reimburse MINI ZOU for the cost of collecting the product from you and the cost of having the product returned to you.
