You are free to purchase 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
OUR CUSTOMER SERVICES IS AVAILABLE AT THE FOLLOWING TIMES:
Monday - Friday: 9:00am - 15:30pm
We are closed on public holidays, with the exception of Christmas Day and New Year's Day and if we announce we are away on holiday.

Delivery:
When a customer has not paid within 3 days of purchasing and asking for delivery we will cancel the order.
For pick up:
If we have not received any response within 3 days we will see it as a cancelled order.
We don't mind keeping an item on hold with pick up if you are away or unable to collect within the 7 days, but if it is prolonged from the agreed upon date we will cancel the order.
